And I'm still not sure if this happens to everyone around me, but my life has always been coloured by constant changing situations, another directions of the circumistances and so on. I percieved these happenings somewhat reserved, and often taking them in negative conotation in the style of "Why the hell did this had to happen to me?" or "Why these things just keep happening to me?". It took me a while to go through what was going on and take the time to really reflect on this, and maybe it's just a life-experience that led me to the answer or the road my life experience is going on, but for me, I realized the answer. At least for me.

Not so long ago, I percieved these changes without much enthusiasm, or even with disaproval if something that I really loved and encouraged was changed in any manner, which is completely normal. And actually this is the first and basic mistake! The mistake from which all the other repercussions are due to occur. This is because a change has happened, it's already done, but you dissaprove this and do not accept it. Often we strive to put thing back to "normal"..... our perception of "normal"..... and in the HUGE majority of situation this cannot be, it simply does not happen. Because it was not ment to be. Because a single change already happened. Because most of the time people are foolish enough to think in the past and try to make future out of the past. Because we know to hate this changes, percieve them as some negative consiquence and then feel bad because of it. Because we are eductated to keep on the safe side. Because we are too scared to open a window and look out of our comfort zone. Because we don't want to be prepared for change!

Now an opposite look, a view from the other side. There is one ancient proverb that says "Every evil is for something good". It might not be evil at all, it might be a moment of change viewed through a wrong perception. I learned to embrace the changes constantly happening to me. I understood that without them, one's life can become a ring of dullness. A grey routine of equal happenings circling in a closed circle of no escape. And do I want my life to be like that?
Every change bring something new, something first and something unique. Isn't this inspiring? This is having the share opportunity to experience new things and keep growing as individual. It gives you the opportunity to gain and give more. Even if it's unexpected. Learn to love it, learn to live it! You can be sure that any change that closes one door, most certainly will open another, maybe with a better world behind it, maybe not, but in any case it will be new and exciting. Oppening new possibilities, new perceptions, being constantly challenged...... all of this for me is BEING ALLIVE! Maybe the experience in AIESEC has turned me into a person that loves to be challenged, maybe the people that haven't walked through this percieve it as destabilization of their everyday routine in live that shatters their comfort zone, but if you just try to embrace it, just once, maybe you will be able to feel what I am felling now, and to understand this points of view that I'm presenting here. After all, life is a miracle and can anything that is part of this be any different?

Welcome to the Fluids of Change,
Have a nice swim!

Party Up In Here!!!

So the MILDS conference is comming....

But this time not only that I'll be there, but already together with some people we sat down, had a brainstorm and created a flow for the parties.
And If you remember the "AIESEC PPT Series" made by Rogi and me you can get closer to what you can expect ;)

I'm not discussing just a party flow here, I'm talking about TOTALLY CRAZY time, party dimesnsion never seen before on an AIESEC conference, burning hot, partying to the limit!! Because it is becomming a modern phenomena. Because it's conscious or unconscious usage is becomming more and more exploited. And why is this? Why is it going on and gaining on pace? What is the "alter ego"?

Initially percieved as an "nickname" or the other way we call or percieve someone (ex. our friend) it has grown to people as an alternative life. The alter ego can be the way someone changes his behaviour in different situations or just an instinct response that happens in a fast moment that changes the behaviour, evenmore the whole concept of a person - two or even more varios of it. Sometimes people say that it was necessary to use it as an "defense mechanism" of some sort, othherwise they say they use it for the sake of the joke and good laugh because all of their friends invented or know about this "hidden talent".

But what is actually happening especially lately is that people are more and more finding co-existence with their alter ego or evenmore alter egos. This means that people have the ideas of deception, ignorance, deviance, trickery and similar so close to them, that they are developing miscellaneous alter egoes, known only to them, as a way to get through life. More and more I see people capable of confirming you a thing and right after they turn around and talk to someone else he/she completely denies the previous and has a totally different discussion about the same topic.
Probably if there is a possibility or the need of the third version it will happen as well.

The way these people are using the alter ego is dispicable to say the least. Their tries to get through by diverting character, step by step changes them and morphs them into their alter egoes where, after certain time they even lose the difference themselves and start to believe in that. And this is tragic. People turned by slaves by themselves. Volountarry turning into mindless drones, getting used to and co-existing with an imagination they created themselves. It's a very tragic picture indeed.

Sometimes I wonder what goes through the mind of these people....do they really consider they can pull through life supported by this method forever without being noticed? It is not probable. And then what? What of their achievments so far then? What when this bubble bursts and they lose all the respect and trust they had from everyone? Is it worthed?

And there are many people using this way of behaviour. What do you think a hacker that enters your computer is? What do you think most of the politicians are today? The list can go on and on forever.......but the frightening thing is that it is all a dream. They are dreamers and their population is growing. Are we going to be led by dreamers of this type, or they are condemned to be uncovered before they reach significant success? Just remember, many people even in the past were using the "alter ego" as a tool, leaders, famous kings, scientists, artists......one thing I see in common around them is brilliance until the moment of uncovering.....after that - blank.
I'm amazed how a leader can turn into an uncapable - "help seeker". It's just one example.

Personally I don't see the need of this. I'm used to plan the future but live the moment. And live MY LIFE in the moment, not an imaginary one. And this would be my advice to people - live your own life and try to turn it into your ideal as much as you can. Do not live a dream that makes you feel better momentarely, but it's doomed at the beginning. Believe in your own sucess and be brave to face the world as who you are - anything else is a fantasy. Alter ego? No thanks. I had experiences with people alike and they don't have my respect. Quite simple - be yourself.

I don't know about you, but I've installed a high tech defence mechanism on my PC now....

A Moral Fiber

It is one of the topics that is constantly circling through people's minds. What is the moral? Who has the moral fiber within? What is the moral fiber?

Once I've heard a person state: "The moral fiber is not about saying what the people who will be judging you would want to hear. The moral fiber is about something that you really care about. It can be a person, it can be anything, but the point is that you really care about that. The moral fiber is about giving yourself away for the thing that means the world to you, without considering the consequences, without caring that you'll lose something big that you've planned before, it is about taking the risk of completely dedicating your being for something that you live for and just do anything to keep this perfect." It is a point of view.

There are people that constantly underline their moral fiber although they completely lack of it. On the other side, there are people who seized believing that this actually exists.
Throughout the years I've experienced miscellaneous experiences, good and bad, funny and sad, fast and slow and so on......I've met a lot of people, each one it's own personality. But one thing has been constant in every single experience, towards every single person I've got to know and this one thing was the moral fiber. So what is the moral fiber to me?

For me the moral fiber is the strenght to recognize what is important for the others. The internal power to support their belief and to respect it regardless your personal viewpoint on it. It is about equal behaviour towards everoyone at the beginning. As the previous quote stated - it also is about something you care about, but not ONE thing, rather caring for people in general, considering them as they were you. It is the ability to help ones in need at the times you're not at full peak yourself. Finally it comes to be about using your personal moral codex on others, so you'll make sure that you never do something to anyone that you would not like to occur to yourself.

At the end everything is a personal viewpoint. But, then again, here I am, happy, writing my words, things are going well for me. This is my moral fiber, and I'm doing good.
